At Galanta Interiors, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is crucial. We understand that sometimes, purchases may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have a Refund and Return Policy that is fair, transparent, and easy to navigate. Here’s everything you need to know about returning a product or requesting a refund.
Returns
Eligibility: You are eligible to return an item if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided that it is returned within 28 days of delivery to your nominated address.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all the original packaging, garment tags, and any other accompanying materials. Items should not be damaged or altered in any way. If the item you received from us will not be returned in the same condition as was dispatched from us, the return policy doesn’t apply.
Exclusions: Customised items, including Blinds, Curtains, Curtain Tracks, and Make to Order items, are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty. This is due to the bespoke nature of these products.
How to Return
Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact us at info@galantainteriors.com to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the steps and provide any necessary information.
Packaging: Use the original packaging where possible to protect the item during transit.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for added security.
Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@galantainteriors.com.
Exchanges
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment with the details of your purchase. We process orders promptly, aiming to dispatch in-stock items without delay. For custom orders, such as blinds, curtains, and made-to-order items, a 50% deposit is required to begin processing, with the balance due before dispatch.
